This month’s call will feature Ravi Ragbir, Executive Director of New Sanctuary Coalition, an immigrant-led organization supporting families facing detention and deportation. Ravi will share how arts spaces and cultural workers can support immigrants in their communities, and what to do if faced with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Together, we’ll explore how to create and uphold sanctuary in our workspaces, studios, and networks, and share tools for action rooted in humanity and respect.
This session is open to all dance workers, organizations, and allies working toward more a just and inclusive ecosystem.
